You’re invoiced monthly, in euros, with VAT added where it applies. Every invoice lists each service and its plan, so you always know exactly what you’re paying for.

If a payment ever fails, your data is never at risk: your services keep running through a grace period, and your dashboard shows the date before anything changes.

What is a service?
One PostgreSQL instance with dedicated CPU, memory, storage and I/O, in one location, on the PostgreSQL version you choose. You’re billed per service, per month, and you can create multiple databases inside it at no extra cost.
Can I run more than one database?
Yes. Every plan includes multiple databases, and we never charge per database.
Do you offer high availability?
Each service runs on a single, dedicated node. If its host fails, your service is rebuilt from a verified backup onto capacity we keep in reserve in the same location, and your connection address stays the same. Automatic failover and read replicas are on our roadmap. How recovery works →
Is there an API or CLI?

What if I need more storage?
Your storage is a dedicated volume that no other service can use, and it can be expanded online, without downtime.
How does billing work if I change plans?
Changes take effect once the resize completes, and the rest of the month is settled by the day — unused days on your old plan are credited, and the remaining days on the new plan are charged.
What happens if a payment fails?
Your data is never at risk. Your service keeps running through a grace period, and your dashboard shows the date before anything changes.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. It’s standard PostgreSQL, so pg_dump always works — and your dashboard can produce a complete export for you, including on the day you cancel.
Is there a free trial?
No. Every service reserves dedicated CPU, memory and storage the moment it’s created — capacity no other customer can use. That guarantee is why a payment method is required to start.
Do you sign a DPA?
Yes. We sign a Data Processing Agreement with every customer, our subprocessor register is public, and we give 30 days’ notice before adding a new subprocessor.
